live in a lovely detached house on the side

lovely view I had of ten thousand trees. He
was quite right, it is lovely. I enjoy the

and the house itself is extremely spacious.

I
holiday abroad several times a year. My holidays
are from one week up to as long as I want.
In January I am on the ski slopes usually

for two months and for that duration I will
be in the French Riviera, Monaco and the Italian
Riviera. Then in September I can be found

THE
BEST PENSION AROUND
Could
you survive on the current pension of eighty
odd pounds per week? I know I couldn’t.
I am part of the so called ‘Baby Boomers’
Generation and frankly I doubt there will
be a pension when I get to retirement age.
Britain is already one of the highest taxed
countries in the world. I’ve lived in
a few countries in the both the Northern and
Southern Hemisphere and Britain was the highest
taxed country.
As the population grows older we are going
to be relying on the younger generation to
pay taxes so we can have a poor pension from
the government. Governments have wasted the
money that we’ve contributed to our
pensions so far so I have little faith that
there will be any left for my retirement in
twenty years time. I think the Government
realises this as they now want us to work
longer and longer with talk of retirement
now being around seventy years of age. I want
to enjoy my life while I am still young enough
to do so. Not when the Government thinks it
might be able to afford to pay me to retire.
Property offers one of the best pension funds
I can think of. You can buy a property, get
someone to rent it. Their rent pays the mortgage
and you have an income from the property.
Image if you own one property that over the
years has become mortgage free you are charging
five hundred pounds per month rental. One
property would provide more income than the
pension. Imagine if you had more than one
property, say five, ten, twenty or more. Wouldn’t
that provide a nice pension for your retirement.
CHOOSE
YOUR OWN RETIREMENT AGE
If
you had a property portfolio of ten houses
that were producing five hundred pounds per
month you would have an income of five thousand
pounds per month. That is the best pension
I know of. With that kind of income you would
be able to retire when you wanted to not when
the Government decides you ought to.
If you choose to invest in only one property
if would still provide you with more money
